The Norwegian Fuglen Gallery is pleased to announce its return to Collective Design for the second time to present iconic Norwegian design and craft objects from May 14 – 17, 2015. In celebration of the Scandinavian auction at the Wright in Chicago on May 7, which will feature never before shown design and craft objects by Norwegian designer Arne LindaasFuglen Gallery will also be showing some of Lindaas pieces at the Collective Design Fair. Throughout his life, the Norwegian artist Arne Lindaas (1924–2011) exuded creativity fluidly crossing the boundaries of art, design and craft. Fuglen presents never before shown objects straight from the estate of the artist with provenance from Lindaas´ family. The pieces express his playful freedom and how he is able to transform blocks of pine into sculptures that captured his graphic aesthetic and modernist sentiment.

Fuglen Gallery will also feature pieces from other Norwegian designers at booth C13, including: Kneip, Fredrik Keyser, Arne Tidemann Ruud, Arne Halvorsen, and many more.
